PARTICLE DEVELOPMENT OF MATERIAL / SUBSTANCE
Particle is a basic unit of objects
or materials. The particles can also be said is a unit of the smallest part of
matter. These particles exist three types are: atoms, elements and molecules ,.
So either atoms, elements, molecules into its three the smallest unit of matter
is generally called partike yangg. While the types of matter exist in 2 which
compounds and mixtures.
1. Atom
Atom is the smallest unit of matter consisting of a nucleus, which contains protons (payload +) and neutrons (neutral), and skin that contain negative charges, namely electrons. Some say that the atom is an element constituent particles.
Both of these issues in all right.
What is certain is that the atom:
• has protons, neutrons, electrons, (except pd Hydrogen-1, which has no neutrons)
• have certain characteristics, namely the number of protons and electrons have the same (if unequal called ions)
• atom2 which has the same characteristics called elements,
2. Elements
Element
is a group of atoms that have the same number of protons in its nucleus. This
number is known as the atomic number of the element. The element is also
defined as a single substance that can not be divided again into more parts
kecil.Bisa arguably element is the atom itself, for example: if there is H2O,
then we can say: it consists of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen,
when hydrogen and oxygen are both elements.
3. Molecule
Molecule is a collection of atoms (two or more) in a specific arrangement is bound by chemical bonds. The atoms covalently bonded to each other (very strong) and neutral or stable (no electrical charge).
A set of atoms bound together form the smallest part of a compound or substance that can stand on its own.
Thus, the molecules can also be defined as a single substance that can be decomposed further into simpler parts through a chemical reaction and is an amalgamation of several elements, both the same and different.
Merger between some elements similar and dissimilar is based on a certain ratio to produce a molecule. Comparison and this difference then becomes the classification of a molecule.
Molecule itself is very closely related to the atom, it can be said that if there are atoms, molecules must be and vice versa. As evidence, rarely encountered atoms that can stand on its own, because the atoms are interrelated with each other.
4. Compound
The compound is a substance formed from the merger of the elements with a specific division. The compound resulting from a chemical reaction between two or more elements through the formation reaction. For example, rust iron (hematite) in the form of Fe2O3 produced by the reaction of iron (Fe) and oxygen (O). The compound can be decomposed into constituent elements through the decomposition reaction.
The compound has a different nature with its constituent elements. The only compound DAPT decomposed into constituent elements through a chemical reaction. At the same conditions, the compound may have a form different from its constituent elements. Physical and chemical properties of different compounds with the constituent elements. For example, the reaction between hydrogen gas and oxygen gas to form water compound in liquid form.
5. Mixture
Substances that are composed of several substances that other types and variable arrangement of elements and compounds. The mixture is a material consisting of two or a single substance. The material which we encounter daily almost everything mix. In fact we often make a mixture of substances, such as when we make coffee or sweet tea.
The mixture can be divided into three types, namely:
• homogeneous mixture = Solution
• Mixed Heterogeneous = suspension, and
• Mix the situation between suspensions and solutions = Colloidal
can you explain How a homogeneous mixture occurs
BalasHapusThe homogeneous mixture is a mixture in which there are compositions and properties of the same substance. Examples such as air, air is a collection of substances that have homogeneous gas properties. One tablespoon of salt included in a glass of air. Which is then stirred until evenly distributed, this can also be called a homogeneous mixture.
BalasHapusSpecify the most reactive element on earth and how many atomic number is it?
BalasHapusThe most reactive element is group IA AND VIIA, group element as strong oxidizing because it has tendency to release electrons, while class VIIA rekatif as kuar reductor because tends to attract electrons. It makes each element very reactive. While the availability of each element dialam different different.
Hapuswhat the different between atom element and molecule?
